Reservations
To lock in your stay, please send a deposit of 50% Post Marked 2 days after booking (MAX) or SAME DAY by PayPal! Final payment is due 7 days prior to your stay. Payment by Money Order/Cashier's Check or Paypal Only, Security Deposit is Credit Card / Paypal only. If payment is not received dates are NOT held!
Cancellation
Refund will be made if reservation is cancelled 7 days Prior to reserved Data. A $50.00 service charge will be deducted from deposit. If reservation cancellation is not received and we are not able to fill home, the full stay will be assessed.
Minimum Stay

Peak - Memorial Day through Labor Day = 1 Week Minimum
Off Peak - Labor Day through Memorial Day = 3 Night Minimum
